Ross Margulies
Ross Margulies is a Senior Research Assistant in the Department and a JD/MPH candidate in The George Washington University Law School and School of Public Health and Health Services. He researches different aspects of health care law and safety net quality and access, especially in community health centers. He also serves as the managing director of the Geiger Gibson Program in Community Health Policy.
During his time at the Department, Ross has also served as a public health analyst at the National Practitioner Databank at the Health Resources and Services Administration, as a Law Clerk at the Office of General Counsel (Public Health Division) at Health and Human Services, and as a Health Policy Fellow in the Office of Senator Bernie Sanders. Prior to joining the Department of Health Policy, Ross served as Development Director at FairVote, a national non-partisan election reform group.
